These Terms of Use apply to SmartCast Pro for iPhone and iPad, including its app extensions, websites, support pages, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using SmartCast Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Apple Standard EULA
SmartCast Pro is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless a separate custom end user license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These Terms of Use supplement that agreement and describe additional app-specific rules. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store apps, Apple's required terms control where applicable.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the app in compliance with applicable laws. If you use SmartCast Pro on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
License and Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, you may use SmartCast Pro on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and Apple's standard EULA. You may use the app for personal, lawful casting, remote control, screen mirroring, private vault, and media management purposes.

Feature Availability
Some features require compatible TVs, receivers, Wi-Fi networks, local network permission, photo library permission, microphone permission, speech recognition permission, notification permission, a working internet connection, Google Cast support, Android TV support, WebRTC support, or active subscriptions. We do not guarantee that every TV, receiver, file type, app, network, or device configuration will work.
Casting and Media
You are responsible for the photos, videos, audio, files, and other content you select, cast, store, or display using SmartCast Pro. You must not use the app to copy, display, stream, or share content unless you have the legal right to do so. The app does not grant you rights to any third-party content, streaming service, TV app, or media source.
Screen Mirroring
When you start screen mirroring, content visible on your device screen may be displayed on your selected receiver. You are responsible for stopping mirroring before showing passwords, private messages, financial information, protected content, or any other sensitive information. Some services may restrict or block mirroring because of content protection rules.
Remote Control and Device Access
SmartCast Pro may send commands to selected TVs and compatible devices, including navigation, volume, app launch, keyboard, voice, and media control commands. You must use these features only with devices you own or are authorized to control. We are not responsible for changes made on a connected TV, receiver, account, app, or third-party service because of commands you send through SmartCast Pro.
Private Vault
The private vault feature is intended to help organize selected local files inside the app. You are responsible for remembering any passcode or recovery information you configure. SmartCast Pro is not a replacement for secure backup, enterprise data protection, or legal records storage. Deleting the app, resetting the device, changing system settings, or device failure may cause app-local data to become unavailable.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, SmartCast Pro may send app-related reminders, subscription reminders, feature alerts, or other permitted notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
SmartCast Pro may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, measure feature performance, and diagnose crashes. These services are used according to the SmartCast Pro Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use SmartCast Pro for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
- control or access devices, receivers, networks, files, or accounts without permission;
- use the app to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;

Third-Party Services
SmartCast Pro may work with Apple services, Google Cast, Firebase, WebRTC infrastructure, TV receivers, streaming apps, local network services, and other third-party technologies. Third-party services are not controlled by us and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, limitations, and fees. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
No Emergency or Critical Use
SmartCast Pro is not designed for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal compliance, security monitoring, or mission-critical use. Do not rely on the app where failure, delay, interruption, or inaccurate output could cause harm.
App Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve reliability, comply with platform requirements, address security issues, or support new devices. Some features may stop working if third-party services, SDKs, operating systems, receiver apps, or device manufacturers change their behavior.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartCast Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or able to cast, mirror, store, or control every file, service, or TV.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, subscriptions, device access, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of SmartCast Pro. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid for SmartCast Pro or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of SmartCast Pro, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights, except where prohibited by law.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights to use SmartCast Pro may end if you violate these terms, uninstall the app, lose access to the app through the App Store, or if Apple or we discontinue access. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your use of SmartCast Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when app features, subscriptions, legal requirements, or platform rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
